In this case, read the cause and follow the corresponding remedies. Message Cause The XM Connect and Play digital antenna accessory is not connected, or does not work properly. The signal is too weak. Remedy · Check the XM Connect and Play digital antenna accessory connections. · Check the XM Connect and Play digital antenna accessory connections and orient it for the best reception. · Check the channel number again or select another XM Satellite Radio channel.
