Playing a CD-R or CD-RW Depending on the type of CD-R/CD-RW CD, surface condition of the disc, as well as the performance of the CD writer, certain CD-R/CDRW CD may not operate normally on this unit. Copy-protected CD playback This CD player is able to play most of the copyprotected CDs in the market. CDs that use copyprotection schemes which are non-conformance to international audio CDs standards (Red Book) may not be supported by this unit.
