Display settings
Setting the wallpaper Photos or videos that have been taken or downloaded pictures saved in the Media Album as well as preset pictures can be set as wallpaper. 1 Open the Wallpaper display.
· Press [Menu] Display Wallpaper The current wallpaper information is displayed. Press O to proceed.
Changing input modes and character size 1 Open the Character Input display.

2 Select from one of the items below and press O. Input Method: Selects input mode from Standard Text Input (multi-press input) or T9 Text Input Edit Pre-defined Text: Enables the editing of text in 6 categories, Internet, Greeting, Message, Response, Business, and Free (a blank page to use as desired). Edit Smileys: Enables the editing of various emoticons.

Character Size: Selects the size from Very Small, Small, Standard, or Large. Setting the power saving mode The S750i is set to turn off the display illumination after a set idle time. 1 Open the Power Saving display.

Setting the display backlight and the keypad backlight You can set the backlight for the display and the keypad separately. · Press [Menu] Display Light 2 Select from the following options and press O. See below for Auto Key Light.
Notes: · When setting Key Light to ON, if you also set Auto Key Light to ON, the phone will automatically determine if the keypad light should be turned on or off according to the brightness of the surroundings to save battery power. · The display backlight settings during a video call are defined separately from these settings. 136.
Customising the Standby display You can customise various settings for the Standby display: Wallpaper ON/ OFF, Time & Date ON/OFF, and Greeting words ON/OFF. · Press [Menu] Display Standby Display 2 Select from the following options and press O.
2 Select Show Screensaver or No Screensaver and press O. 3 Enter an idle time (30 to 300 seconds) and press O.
Key Light:
Wallpaper: Displays wallpaper on the Standby display if ON is selected. Time & Date: Displays the time and date in the 24-hour time system on the Standby display if ON is selected. Display Greeting: Enables editing of the greeting text displayed when turning the phone on if you are using a SIM/ USIM card other than the one supplied by Orange.

Changing LED illumination notification patterns This function is used to select different LED colour patterns to notify you of missed calls, unread messages, or alarm time occurrence (Schedule alarm). 1 Open the LED display.

Setting home area and time difference This is an optional function for those who travel between countries or those who want to show the time in other cities without having to adjust the clock. You should set the Home Area of your phone's clock first, and then set the desired city to display the local time in the top right corner of your standby display. Your home area and the other area can be selected from 36 cities around the world.
