Remove the iPod from the docking port and reattach it, making sure that there is a secure fit between the iPod and the docking port. ⷠMake sure that there is a clear path between the remote control and the remote sensor on the unit, and make sure that you are pointing the remote control directly at the remote sensor on the unit.
