[. . . ] Press OPEN/CLOSE 10 to eject the 3-CD changer disc tray. Place the CD you want to copy, with the label face up, on to the disc tray, making sure that it is seated properly in the disc guide. The disc tray has guides for both 12cm and 8cm discs. The recorder automatically copies at double speed, so if you're listening to the recording as it's being made it will sound a little strange!After copying, the recorder will finalize the CD-R to make it playable on most ordinary CD players (see What's finalization below). This process takes just a couple of minutes after the CD has been copied. Place a blank CD-R or CD-RW disc, with the label/non-recording side face up, on to the disc tray. Press COPY MODE twice. DISC 1 DISC 2 DISC 3 ALL FADER L ­dB R 2 Press 6 (CD-R side) to start finalization. Finalization takes about 2 minutes; you'll see how long there is still to go in the display. Use 4 1 and ¡ ¢ (CD changer side) to select the track you want to record. Press COPY START CD= CD-R.
