These discs may contain such information as the CD title, track title, artist's name and playback time and are called CD TEXT discs. Only these specially encoded CD TEXT discs support the functions listed below. Switching discs You can switch discs. You can also switch discs by pressing a or b (DISC). En 31 Section 09 Playing MP3/WMA Listening to MP3/WMA These are the basic steps necessary to play an MP3/WMA with your built-in DVD player. More advanced MP3/WMA operation is explained starting on the next page. 1 To select a desired disc press one of the 1­6 buttons on the DVD player. When Folder is selected, it is not possible to play back a subfolder of that folder. When playing discs with MP3/WMA files and audio data (CD-DA), repeat play performs within the currently playing data type even if Disc is selected. Setting scan play While you are using Folder, the beginning of each track in the selected folder plays for about 10 seconds.
