Enhanced Disc Detection Ability This update enhances the detection ability for CD-ROM and CD-DA disc. Download the Firmware 1. Download the firmware ZIP file from Pioneer's website to a folder on your computer. After unzipping, you will have 1 file that will need to be burned to CD-R/RW. Check the firmware file Check the file name and size by right clicking on the file and choosing "Properties". Name 800MK2. HEX Size 1. 93 MB (2, 027, 720 bytes) Date 3/10/2008 * Download again if the file name and size do not match the ones listed above. Create the Update Disc Copy/burn the file "800MK2.
