The MEDIAEDGE-LEB60 encoder is capable of sending live video streams to MEDIAEDGE systems. The LEB-60 only supports SD resolution. Working as a separate solution or in conjunction with a MEDIAEDGE server, it encodes any analog video source into an MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 output, and can instantly rebroadcast the stream via an internal server built into the unit's circuitry. You can also use the MEDIAEDGE-LEB60 encoder to process video from a remote location, such as a video library, and then deliver the content to a MEDIAEDGE server based within a datacenter. The content is recorded and then ready for distribution across a MEDIAEDGE network. As well, you can combine a MEDIAEDGE-LEB60 encoder, server, and software clients and/or STBs.
