With the Nearest Frequencies Page selected, press the ARTCC, FSS, or Wx softkey. Press the ENT key to load the frequency into the `COM' frequency standby field. · If the aircraft is within two nautical miles of an airspace and the current course takes the aircraft inside, `Ahead < 2 nm' is displayed. · If the aircraft is within two nautical miles of an airspace and the current course will not take the aircraft inside, `Within 2 nm' is displayed. · If the aircraft has entered an airspace, `Inside' is displayed. Press the ALERTS softkey and turn either FMS knob to select the desired airspace. Turn the large FMS knob to highlight the latitude/longitude field or the Reference Waypoints field, depending on how the waypoint is to be defined.
