Never test the system without attaching the antenna to the Transmitter as this will also have and undesirable effect on the instrument. During the installation wrap the receiver well with sponge rubber so that it will not touch other mechanisms or the aircraft itself. Also be careful to prevent engine vibrations from affecting the receiver.
