The oven surfaces become hot when the appliance is operated at a high temperature for an extended period of time. When cooking, take care when opening the oven door as hot air and steam can escape rapidly. [. . . ] If the baking tray is used, it may become deformed due to the great variation in temperatures. Do not line the oven bottom with aluminium foil and do not place any baking trays or tins on it.
