[. . . ] Steady Falling Rising WEATHER FORECASTER SET-UP: It is important to calibrate the weather forecaster to the existing outdoor conditions for proper performance. Place batteries in the main unit by removing the battery cover panel on the back of the unit and inserting 2 AA alkaline batteries. Note: The battery panel is located behind the foldable stand/ mounting plate, which can be gently pried from the back of the unit. Before replacing the battery cover press the reset or the Tx button to send a signal to the main unit. On the main unit, select between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature readings by pressing the + C/F button. To add an additional sensor make sure batteries are in the main unit first, then place batteries in the additional sensor and press the reset or Tx button. The main unit automatically searches for an open channel to register the signal for the new sensor. The weather forecaster will automatically read the atmospheric pressure and predict the weather conditions for the next 12 hours; this is based on calculations only and may not be representative of conditions. After initial set-up, the unit may need 12-24 hours to read atmospheric pressure. Pressure Trend Indicator: Pressure trend icons indicate steady, falling, or rising pressure. 4.
