[. . . ] correct use · This dishwasher is only intended for washing household utensils suitable for machine washing. Knives and other items with sharp points must be loaded in the cutlery basket with their points down or placed in a horizontal position in the upper basket. Avoid opening the door whilst the appliance is in operation, hot steam may escape. ⷠDo not take any dishes out of the dishwasher before the end of the washing cycle. [. . . ] the upper basket The upper basket is designed for saucers , salad bowls , cups , glasses , pots and lids. Arrange items on and underneath the cup racks so that water can reach all surfaces. Cutlery dimensions for mini cutlery basket Upper basket in higher maximum 15 cm position Upper basket in lower position maximum 20 cm Glasses with long stems can be placed upside down in the cup racks. Soft spikes Soft spikes impede glassware to move during the washing cycle or when the upper basket is moved. The mini cutlery basket must only be placed in the front part of the upper basket, on the left or on the right side. For more loading flexibility, they can be positioned on the left or righthand side of the basket. Once positioned correctly, press them down firmly and make sure they do not move.
